Variable and lump sum repayments
By contributing any extra income to your loan, in addition to your usual repayments, you are able to pay off your loan sooner and therefore you could save thousands of dollars in interest costs. ^

Extra repayments without penalty forall loans
The more you pay to your loan the more money you save in interest charges. ^

Redraw facility
The credit union gives you the option of making extra repayments on your loan, allowing you the opportunity to save money in interest changes, while at the same time giving you the ability to then redraw on these extra repayments. You will need to have your loan in advance by at least $100 before your next agreed loan repayment date. The minimum redraw is $100 and redraws are FREE! ^

Top up facility available
Want to make some renovations on your house or landscape your garden? Maybe you wish to go on holiday or purchase a new car? Our top up facility enables you to increase you loan amount throughout your loan term. Increasing your home loan is cheaper and more convenient than taking out an additional loan. Top up's are charged at $100. ^

No monthly account keeping/service fees
Unlike some other institutions, we do not charge any account keeping or service fees on our mortgage accounts, saving you money! ^

Loan repayment insurance available
Loans are long term commitments, so it makes sense to protect your repayments. Learn more about our Loan Repayment Insurance. ^

Automatic repayments (salary / account)
You can arrange to make automatic repayments either by payroll deduction, direct debit from your savings or transaction account, Internet or telephone banking. Setting up automatic repayments saves you time and enables you to avoid any late fees. ^

No loan interview
Submitting a loan application couldn't be simpler. You can apply online today and receive approval within 24 hours. If you apply before 11am you can get a notional approval same day! No need to visit the branch for a loan interview. ^
