Becoming a member is easy!

  1. Print out and complete the necessary forms (see below)
  2. Return these to us:
    • bring the form into our branch
    • mail or fax the forms to us at:
      Locked Bag 928

      Fax: (02) 8202 8566
  3. We'll get back to you once we have your application to establish your membership - it's that easy!

Sending in your forms by mail or fax?

If you intend sending your membership application by mail or via fax please:
 

  • ensure you have sufficient I.D. (see list below)
  • print and complete one of our Membership Application Forms (below)
  • have any copies of your I.D. certifed by someone on the list
  • send or fax your application form(s) and certified I.D to the Credit Union
List of acceptable I.D. types
Membership form - Individual account
Membership form - Joint account (note: requires Individual Account forms completed for each person also)
Signatory form (if you require a 3rd Party to be a signatory on your account)
List of persons who can verify copies of your I.D.

Coming into our Branch?

If you intend coming into the branch to sign up, please:

  • ensure you bring sufficient I.D (see List of acceptable I.D types above)
