You have 24-hour access to your accounts via a secure, automated phone service. It offers many - although not all - of the features of Netteller and is very easy to use.

By simply calling (02) 8202 8555 from any touch tone phone and following the voice prompts, you can:

  • Check your account balances
  • Have your last five transactions read to you
  • To see if funds have credited your account
  • Transfer funds between your accounts
  • Transfer funds to selected third party accounts
  • Obtain interest earned for the last financial year

Can I access the Telephone Banking Service while overseas?

The Telephone Banking Service can be accessed while overseas using the International Access Number for that country, followed by 61 2 8202 8555. Although we do not charge for the service, international call rates will apply.

What happens if I forget my access code?

Just call one of the member services staff who will arrange to issue you with a new access code.

What do I need to do to give somebody else access to my accounts?

Any person can be given access to your accounts. You will need to complete an Authorisation Form at any branch. You can give them full access or limit their access to specific functions.
